Ans:  Vittoria Phoenix makes no recommendations, representations, warranties, or assurances as to the application, function, suitability or capacity of any equipment beyond the information and warranties provided by the manufacturer. Maintenance and service is the responsibility of the purchaser. Standard manufacturer warranties are applicable.

Que:  What is your shoe return policy?

 
Ans:   We will accept return of shoes under these conditions:
  • Prior authorization must be obtained.  A Return MerchandiseAuthorization (RMA) will be issued.
  • The shoe box must be securely packaged in another container for mailing/shipping back to us with the RMA displayed on the outside of the shipping carton.
  • The shoes must not show evidence of having been worn.  Walking on a carpeted surface will normally preserve the shoe.  Modified shoes may not be returned.
  • Shoes must be returned with all original packaging and inserts intact.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Proper fitting of the patient will minimize this cost.
  • No returns will be accepted after 1 months (30 Days) from date of invoice.
  • SHOES WORN OUTSIDE THE STORE MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
  • A credit, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued for shoes returned in accordance with this policy.  The restocking fee will be waived if there is a demonstrated manufacturing defect.
