Que:  What is your sales policy on equipment purchased from Vittoria Phoenix?

Ans:  Vittoria Phoenix makes no recommendations, representations, warranties, or assurances as to the application, function, suitability or capacity of any equipment beyond the information and warranties provided by the manufacturer. Maintenance and service is the responsibility of the purchaser. Standard manufacturer warranties are applicable.

Que:  What is your shoe return policy?

Ans:   We will accept return of shoes under these conditions:

  • Prior authorization must be obtained. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued - please record the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • The shoes must not show evidence of having been worn. Walking on a carpeted surface will normally preserve the shoe. Modified shoes may not be returned.
  • Return shoes in the original shoe box - there must be no additional markings.
  • The shoe box must be securely packaged in another container for mailing/shipping back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A credit will be issued for the product only upon its safe return in saleable condition.
  • A restocking charge of 5% may apply.
  • No returns accepted after 3 months (90 Days) from date of invoice.
